The Pixel XL is Google’s iPhone, basically. It is Google taking a more nuanced and focused approach to hardware inside the Android space. We had Nexus phones before, sure, but the Pixel phones are different; and not just in terms of how much they cost.
Google Pixel Phone – The Pixel XL Features
In business terms HTC has designed “The Pixel” and “The Pixel XL”, under Google’s eyes like the Nexus Series. Earlier it was like a showcase of the latest version of Adroid 7.1 (Nougat), and its capabilities was raw, pure, and unadulterated with no glossy overlays or anything of that sort as Google intended it. But now it could update with new OS version Android 8.0 “Oreo”. It was supposed to be a perfect, optimized union of software and hardware running as efficiently, carefully controlled engineered.
The Nexus series was the most favorable phone of smartphone aficionados and techy guys. Who love to develop their own software, and generally covered under their own tech universe. The Pixel is intended again like iPhone, to have mass consumer appeal.
An Updated Google Pixel Phone – The Pixel XL Technology
The Pixel XL is a bit tidier, a bit sexier, and bit more polished. Furthermore, only Pixel handsets will feature with the bespoke features, things like a very advanced implementation of the Google Assistant AI. Other phones may make use of Google Assistant, but none will so closely merged into the Android experience as on the Pixel. On Google’s “Check & update your Android version”, the company details that Android support will last for the current generation of Pixel phones until October 2018. Google has managed to remedy this via some sort of black magic, ensuring market-leading battery performance from the Pixel XL.
